NOTICE OF BUDGET COMMITTEE MEETING 

AND PUBLIC HEARING ON STATE REVENUE SHARING 

A public meeting of the budget Committee of the City of Canyonville, Douglas County, State of Oregon,  to discuss the budget and proposed use of the State Revenue Sharing for the fiscal year July 1, 2020 to  June 30, 2021, will be held at City Hall, Council Chambers, 250 N. Main.  

The meeting will take place on  May 11, 2020 at 7:00 p.m.  The purpose of the meeting is to receive the budget message and to receive  comment from the public on the budget and proposed use of the State Revenue Sharing.  

Due to Covid  19 social distancing requirements the public is encouraged to submit written comments to City of Canyonville, Box 765, Canyonville OR  97417.  Written comments must be submitted prior to May 6, 2020.  

Any person who wishes to attend the meeting must notify the City Administrator at 541-839-4258 prior to May 4, 2020 so that special arrangements maybe made.
